Access and use of this site is provided by AJ Nails Collection. References in these Terms may be "we" or "us" or "our" is referring to AJ Nails Collection. by using, browsing and accessing this website, facilities and services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions on AJ Nails Collection Website.


We may modify the terms and conditions from time to time , so please check back this page regularly. If you continue to use this site after the changes are posted, you agree that you have accepted the terms and conditions as modified by the posted changes. The last update, will be located at the bottom of this page. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions at any time, then you must stop using this website immediately. 

General Website Conditions:

The website may contain typographical errors ,inaccuracies or other errors and may not be completed or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may be placed on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

will be made by email. Our main email address is set on our home page under 'Contact Us' and can be found also on the FAQ page. We will always contact you through the email address you have provided when you registered as a user on our website. AJ Nails Collection monitor our email boxes regularly and we ask you to do the same, to make sure that all messages are read or replied back as soon as possible when applicable.  


By providing your contact information to us, i.e email address and telephone number, you allow us to contact you  in regards to your order, as well as information on products and services that we provide, that may be an interest to you. 



Nail Polish:

Some Polishes may be hand mixed in small batches, which there may be a slight variation in colour. The same recipe is followed at all times, but some differences may still occur. Different monitors i.e computer / tablet devices and lighting may also make the polishes appear to be different. 


Nail Polish Care: 
Before use, give nail polish a shake for the best results as some of the ingredients may have settled during transit. Also if your nail polish thickens overtime, please use a small amount of polish thinner as settling may occur during storage and transit, give your bottle a shake before using for best results.



All products listed on our website are subject to stock availability. We will inform you if all or any of the products in your order are not available and we will cancel your order as soon as possible . If only some of the products in your order are available and we had to cancel some of your products, you will receive an email explaining this, and with your acceptance, your goodies will be dispatched to you. If you pay using PayPal, any payment made for products which are not available will be credited back to your PayPal account as soon as possible. 

Personalised items:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer any returns/refunds on any customised or personalised items, unless the item has arrived damaged, faulty or an error or mistake has occurred. 


Please read the product description and select the correct size before purchasing each item, as we are also unable to provide returns/ refunds on items due to incorrect sizes, unless we have sent out an incorrect size.

Delivery and Packaging:

We currently offer UK shipping, EU and International shipping. Please check our delivery page for more information on which countries we ship to. Please subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram & Facebook : AJ Nails Collection for future announcements on shipping abroad. Please also read below about the terms for our newsletter and social media accounts. 

1st Class Royal Mail is used for all of our parcels (Nail Polishes) and delivery is estimated 3-5 working days. Please allow extra time for adverse weather conditions. If there is any delay in dispatching your order, an email will be sent out to you advising you of your order status. 

Following Royal Mail instructions, each parcel can include 4 bottles of polishes. Orders of 5 or more nail polishes will be distributed among multiple packages. 

All reasonable care will be taken to suitably package all items in your order while being shipped to you. In the event that any or all items have arrived damaged or broken during transit please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your goods, in order to provide you with an alternative.

Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when making an order on our website. We do not deliver to PO boxes. If your order is returned to us because you provided an incorrect, wrong or inappropriate address, you will have to pay additional shipping costs.


If you provide the wrong address, you will have to pay for the full price of your order again, as you are fully liable for any mistakes with delivery addresses. Please make sure you provide the correct shopping address, if you realise, you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can get this changed for you. However, if your order has been dispatched you will be liable for any additional charges. 

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are £3.50 (UK). We offer free UK Shipping on orders over £35.00. Please continue to checkout for EU and international delivery prices.


We accept Paypal, debit and credit card providers. 

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goodies will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

After placing an order with AJ Nails Collection, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have safely received your order.

This does not guarantee that your order has been accepted, and will send you a second email confirm acceptance and that we have dispatched your order. Only those products listed in the email as being dispatched will be included in your parcel.

Refusal of Orders: 

AJ Nails Collection has the right to cancel the whole or part of an order under certain circumstances without notice. If this is the case, payments will be refunded as soon as possible. 

Returns and Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on all nail polishes, due to hygiene reasons. However, please contact us if you have any concerns as soon as possible on We will do our best to provide you with an alternative. 

We also do not accept exchanges on nail polishes, however if you have placed an order and your products have not be dispatched to you, you may exchange your products you originally purchased with a different polish. Please contact us immediately, as this would have to be done before we dispatch your order. 


AJ Nails Collection  reserves the right to change the dates of any of our active competitions. Please ensure you always check the specific Terms and Conditions of that particular competition / Giveaways. Following each competition, AJ Nails Collection will notify the winner using email provided from the user / or through social media. If no response is received within 24 hours, another entree will be pointed the winner of the competition. Please note that AJ Nails Collection reserves the right to cancel their competitions at any time. Your personal details are covered by the AJ Nails Collection data protection policy. 

Social Media: 

From time to time, we may feature customer swatches of nail polishes and feedback on our social media accounts. Before this action is taken, we will contact you before hand to confirm you are happy for your posts or / and feedback to be reposted onto our platforms. Your name and @ name on Instagram or Facebook will also be included on the picture we repost.

Free Confectionary: 

Any free confectionary sweets or edibles within our parcels are given as a thank you for your order. Please note these are consumed at the recipients own risk. Please check ingredients on the labels for any Allergens, as they may contain nuts, gluten, eggs and all other allergens.
